The property description was misleading, omitting any mention of the fact that it's a private residence. If I'd known the truth, I would have never booked this place. ”

“Location, location, location... This unit is one of the best in Avila Beach looking at price vs location. My wife and I were traveling with our 10 lb dog. It was a fisherman's cottage in a previous life so the size is small but for the two of us and out little dog it was just perfect. We will definitely be back.”
