"Room was clean, bed comfortable but even though it was a "quiet room" there was still road noise and the person above us was very loud in walking around at 6am"

"Breakfast consisted of packaged pound cake and coffee. Misleading in te ammenities deptartment. A lovely place to stay, but for some r4eason guest cannot change the heat setting in the room and it was very hot. There is a nice electric fireplace, but it is unusable after a very short time. Another guest asked me if there was a way to lower heat, so this was noy unique to our room."
