“The room was very clean, location was so close to main st and everything else we were in town to see. (In walking distance) the staff was very friendly we will stay there again when we’re back in town.”

“The saddle and Surrey was a good location for going into Rocky Mountain National Park. Things that were somewhat lower than expected had to do with a broken blind that allowed folks outside to see into the room, the toiletries were very limited and the shower mold in it. The staff were kind and courteous and provided good recommendations for what to do in Estes.”

“Motel is old, not renovated. Room and bathroom are small. Still has very old carpet. Door lock could be easily breached, provided little security. $103 cost should be closer to $60”

“The room was very basic...no closet, no safe, no dresser. But the queen sized bed was comfortable, although it was in a small niche so it was a little hard to get in and out. The air conditioning was almost too good. The remote needed to be pointed directly at the unit or it wouldn't change the temperature. A sign posted about that would have been helpful, as would have an extra blanket. Some of the outlets were not working, but the management fixed the "breaker" once I reported it. She……
