“Checked in about an hr late- no problems whatsoever. The establishment is older and dated but the rooms are cozy and CLEAN! The bathroom was meticulous which is a huge plus for me. There was only one innkeeper we met who did everything from running the front desk to cleaning and maintaining the rooms. I forget her name, but she’s the sweetest person. The location is diagonally across the street from the train station and mere minutes to walk to multiple bars/ establishments. The continental……

“The room was exactly what I needed. A nice, clean room with full kitchen needs and a nice bathroom, with a king size bed and a large flat screen tv. It was nice and relaxing.”

“Very well kept and clean room! Staff member was very pleasant and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay in the historic city of Walsenburg, Colorado which included a nice stop for some excellent coffee and smoothies at the Serendipity Coffee House just a short walk from the motel.”

“The room was very basic...no closet, no safe, no dresser. But the queen sized bed was comfortable, although it was in a small niche so it was a little hard to get in and out. The air conditioning was almost too good. The remote needed to be pointed directly at the unit or it wouldn't change the temperature. A sign posted about that would have been helpful, as would have an extra blanket. Some of the outlets were not working, but the management fixed the "breaker" once I reported it. She……
