"Liked proximity to many features, food, shops, museums. The place should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. Access to the apartment was delayed as we had to wait for access. This I thought was agreed upon before our arrival. Checking out we are supposed to leave keys to the building and to the apartment, in the apartment. However we need the building key to get out. Not a good idea to hold the door open to a secure building fo me or my spouse to return to 6th floor to lock access keys...

"Avoid this place unless you want to ruin your trip. Their booking system is a mess. Our reservation didn't seem to go through despite they've charged my credit card. We were placed in a room smaller than the one I paid for because the other one was occupied. We were required to pay again when we were about to leave. Showing them confirmation page on Hotels.com with a message saying room paid, and the processed credit card transaction history didn't work, we needed to leave to catch our flight so...
