"The hotel’s location is excellent, especially if you’re coming from Tucson, there’s no need to drive into the city or deal with heavy traffic. It’s right next to the Chandler Fashion Center and very close to the outlets, with countless stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. Parking is available but comes at an extra cost. One area for improvement: during our two-night stay, housekeeping never came to make the beds or clean the room. We’re not sure if we had to request it or if there was an additional charge, but we weren’t informed of any such policy at check-in. Also, the bathroom didn’t have a working exhaust fan or perhaps it didn’t have one at all. The area offers plenty of recreational activities. Just minutes away is an Indoor Karting facility, and many outdoor fun with playgrounds, a lake, and picnic areas."
