"Upon check-in, Joshua went well above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my requests. That is the epitome of customer service. I would rate cleanliness at 5, however there was a long brown hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door so long that it startled me. The facility obviously is old. I wouldn't say in disrepair because you can see that it's maintained, but I'll say age deteriorating. The facility is 3 Star rated, however it's a solid 2.5. Overall, it's a nice place to stay and I would return. "

"As soon as I check in to this hotel the entire lights in the building shut down. Which cause me to get stuck in the elevator for 10-15 minutes. Also the power wasn’t restored until later in that day. My reservation was cancelled by staff per request print out was giving. "

"bugs crawling on back of hotel room door, reserved am shuttle only to find it was full and could not get on."

"The hotel was nice however my biggest complaint would be about the housekeeping service. We requested for housekeeping expecting the dirty sheets and pillowcases to be replaced with clean ones however upon inspecting we realized that they were not replaced but flipped over. The floors also weren’t vacuumed because the same crumbs and dirt on the floor was still there after the service. The rating would have been higher however after what we experienced with the housekeeping service it raises the question if the sheets present when we checked in was ever washed or replaced. Also the elevator was quite slow. "

"The guests and amount of chaos at the hotel made us feel unsafe. There were 12 -14 motorcyclists parked in the garage, that would blast music and smoke pot, no one told them to turn the music off or leave the garage. They were all in the lobby, and made inappropriate comments to us."
