“I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! “The location really could not be beat in terms of proximity to the heart of Copenhagen. But for the high price, it was way too noisy and while linens etc were clean, the floors did not feel clean. The one-room apartment faces a courtyard where the sounds from the nearby cafe and any conversations by neighbors travel very well. Given that the owners forbid parties for the renters, I expected the area to be less of an all-night racket zone. ”
