“I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! Furthermore from the room the guest has no way to reach the hotel personal by any means. If the guest encountered emergency, he/she could do is by using own mobile phone……

“There was no staff working when we arrived on Sunday; everything was closed. The room had no ventilation, and there was only one pillow on the bed. I slept very poorly because of that.”

“Check in was excellent and easy. Timea allowed us to check in early and we were given a sea view room which was appreciated. The apartment was just the right size and was fully equipped with a kitchenette and nice bathroom. Hotel is very modern and clean with free entry to the gym. Location was good, just a 10 minute walk to Nordhavn Metro station and there was Lidl and Netto just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was pretty good but not a huge choice, it was more continental style with bread,……

“Amenities like hand soap, glasses to drink out of could be improved. Had to request. Hotel was close to where I wanted to be but limited staff on site during the holiday season ”

“Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! ”
