The lady at the front desk checked us in early since a room was available. I really appreciated that. The staff at Wingnutz Buffalo are excellent! Friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The chicken wings, honestly, these are the best wings I’ve ever had! Perfectly crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce is absolutely incredible. If you’re a wing lover, this place is a must-visit.

It would have been better if the AC was working all night instead shutting down intermittently even though it was not set on auto Also the shower glass door did not close completely which spilled water on the floor. Beds are a little high for kids.

The staff was exceptional

Overall, it was an okay stay. A smile from the staff would go a long way. During check in and check out the staff did not smile. Pasaing the front desk at night or in the morning, they staff did not greet you, i said good morning or good night. Pros: i was able to check in 20min earlier and the parking lot had enough space for the hotel guests. McDonalds was in walking distances for a late night snack. Cons: i booked this hotel for the high reviews on breakfast- but i was disappointed. The staff watched the breakfast station like a hawk. On my last morning, the breakfast staff was very rude to a guest; telling the guest "you all keep breaking the severing tray - Do not pull it all the way. " What looks like a pepperoni slice was on the carpet in my room my entire stay (3 nights). The 2nd day the dirty towels were removed from my room but not replaced. When i called the front desk, they said you can come down and get clean towels. Housekeeping was very poor. The bathroom shower was very worn-out.
