We went to our room and I started to fill the hot tub up and there was black hair floating I don’t have black hair I emptied it I filled it again there was hair and maybe skin floating by this time we were grossed out . I emptied it again and had to wash it myself and filled it and then emptied it again to make sure it was clean . We had opened the fridge and there was 4 boxes of old takeout food who knows how long they were in there . There was a spider on corner of the bed in the sheet which it was probably there for like who knows how long . The outside of the hot tub was not clean . The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice , but was black hair in the shower again wasn’t mine . Grabbed the wash cloths none had to call on my cell phone to get wash cloths . Went to grab the hair dryer and there was a black sock was not mine or my husbands . We decided to take a walk and walked down the stairs from the 3rd floor I noticed wallpaper ripped and black mold …… I just can’t . It completely ruined it for us . Oh and also we parked by the exit door so we could just go out of that and the doors were not locked !! We came back at 8:30 and still was not locked . These are side doors . Was not a good experience .
