“I am writing to express our disappointment with our recent stay. The property was poorly maintained, featuring a green pool, dirty hot tub, broken furniture, standing water in the basement, and cleanliness issues throughout the home. The host informed us after our arrival that a party from the prior weekend had prevented them from getting the home ready in time. While the host did ultimately issue a 500 partial refund after extensive negotiation, the property was far below the standard……

“Phil was super responsive and helpful with all inquiries. Appreciated the breakfast essentials from our host and the s’mores basket too! Fire pit and hot tub were nice for our outside relaxing. Perfect for our baseball tournament getaway.”

“Cute little house! They definitely made the most out of their space to accommodate. Paper goods tea coffee linen was included. They had a cute basket with some snacks in there for the kids so they were excited. Excellent location especially if your kid is playing in Cooperstown! Pool is a community pool but my other children had a blast when we had time to use it. TVs in all rooms with Roku! Internet service is provided. I would highly recommend”
