“When I got to my room, there was no toilet paper or towel towels. I had to go to the front office to get those, the staff was OK but less than friendly.”

“The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. ”

“Extremely cozy cabin in the remote woods! The cabin was very clean & had very soft sheets. I appreciate the fact they think about the little things, such as keeping a steamer next to the laundry room just in case you needed to steam your clothes. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with applicances as well! The property was gorgeous- located right on the river. I loved having my coffee outside on the swing overlooking the river. What an excellent stay!! We will definitely be coming back!”

“My Mom, 78 and friend 76 (both still in good shape) all had a blast in the cutest little house. Decorated in the cutest way, love the Christmas tree, great area. The ladies say maybe add a handrail for the porch steps and a rail in the shower maybe? Couldn't have had a better experience! Thanks! Della”
