"Nice hotel, comfortable room, great food at the restaurant. Great water pressure in shower. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Upon checking in the gentleman working the reception desk had a current resident on speaker phone discussing her need to renew her time at the hotel and settling the current months bill. That should have been private. The room had a small sofabed that was dirty, the vinyl peeling off, crumbs and debris under the cushion. The chair had cigarette burn holes in it. The a hallway to my room smelling strongly of marijuana. There was hair and dust on the floor under and around the bed. There was hair on the toilet seat. The room has a kitchenette with no coffee maker, no silverware, no plates, pots, pans, dish towel, dish soap... basically unusable for a person staying unless they bring their entire kitchen with them. There is a penalty fee for early check out. The family in the room down the hall was aggressively screaming at their children. The only place I felt I could sit down that wasn't dirty or damaged was on the edge of the tub. I stayed for 45', and then took the hit on 2 nights stay and drove to the Chicago Hilton Midway, because there was no way I could comfortably stay their any longer."

"It's more than I expected for what I paid. They haven't renovated the pool yet but the rooms are updated and nice. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. You can cast to the TV's from your phone which was great. I could just use all my regular streaming apps. Close enough to downtown and right next to a park."

"The stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The pictures online were misleading, and the actual room looked nothing like what was advertised. There was no privacy at all — the room had only thin blinds with no curtains, and anyone outside could easily see in. The layout felt unsafe, more like a roadside motel with doors opening directly to the parking lot. The staff member who checked us in was unprofessional and uncooperative, which only added to the frustration. Inside the room, the amenities were poorly thought out. There were makeshift steel fixtures for hanging clothes and storing luggage, giving the space a temporary, unfinished feel. For the price we paid, the amenities, condition of the property, and overall vibe were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here given the lack of privacy, safety concerns, and the overall mismatch between the listing and reality."
