The hotel is new n modern. The customer service at the property was awful.
I had contacted Hilton directly the morning of the reservation to confirm everything was in place. The gentleman on the ph verified and confirmed we had accommodations with valet parking included.
At our arrival the young guy at the front desk said it wasn’t true. He was careless to explain anything further and kept directing us to contact Hilton or Expedia. When we inquired about veterans discount, the gentleman said they didn’t offered anything. Once we requested to speak to a manager, Mayte stated that the Hotel had nothing to do with Hilton Customer service and the information we were provided with was invalid n they didn’t offered free valet parking. I asked about the benefits of being a Hilton member and she said “there are no benefits” I told her it was lied because we fly tons and had visited plenty of Hilton properties and have always been welcomed and treated as such members. She was rude n bothered. She said “I’ll note your account” once I asked “what’s is that going to resolved tonight” she said “I don’t know”. We were celebrating mine n my husbands birthday and it out a bad taste in our mouths.
