“The hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice . However, I reserved a wheelchair accessible room, even called to confirm the room. But when I arrived they did not have a wheelchair accessible room for me. The bathroom was not accessible in any way. So the room was a challenge for me.”

“Not a nice place, people sitting in parking lot drinking, building looked terrible, did not have my reservation. Left without staying.”

“Rooms were clean, hotel was overall quiet. I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). For a short “getaway,” for some better sleep, I would not unfortunately stay at this location again. Hotel was clean, service was kind and pleasant. Just……

“Our stay in Jackson was pleasant and sufficient for our needs. We received adjoining rooms upon request and had a filling breakfast the next morning. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. We would stay here again.”

“I asked for a later check out at 12:30 or 1 and the person working the front desk said they would put a note in about it. The next day the cleaning lady came knocking on the door at 11 and the lady said that they didn’t give late check out. ”
