For starters. We unpacked and hung up our clothes to get settled in. The tv remote was broken in half. Went to the desk and they had to give us a different room. Air conditioning was broken. Window was broken and couldn’t open it. It was I. The 80s at night. Hotter in the room. The floor was disgusting. Dead bugs and food on it. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom were severely stained and looked like they were about to fall. Shower had very little water pressure. For what I paid for 2 nights it should have been a lot nicer. Our room was great— newly renovated and very clean. The hotel is still being renovated and will be very nice when it is completed.
