One of our favorite features was the beautiful lake view from the backyard, along with the relaxing sound of the waves along the shore. It made for such a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.The home was well-appointed with everything we needed, and the thoughtful little goodie bag of assorted items waiting for us was a nice touch. We especially appreciated that the home was pet-friendly, as we travel everywhere with our dog. It’s always a bonus to find a place where our furry family member is welcome, too! The king-sized bed was soft and comfortable, and the host responded to my questions within a reasonable time frame.One helpful tip for future guests: bring flip-flops for the shower! The pebbled shower floor is literally like standing on rocks, so it may not be the most comfortable experience for everyone.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, thoughtful touches, and beautiful lakeside setting. It was a lovely place to unwind, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, especially those traveling with their pets!"

"This place is beautiful and so clean and comfortable! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast daily. The beds and bedding are comfortable, clean and high quality. There is an abundance of towels. The furniture is very comfortable with reclining foot rests. Outside the home is so beautiful. The yard is huge and full of gorgeous trees and the river is so peaceful. We enjoyed campfires at the wonderful fire pit and walks on the trail right next door. This is truly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Highly recommended!"
