“We chose this property because it is centrally located to many places to visit on “Day Trips”, all within an hours drive or less!!! We visited the “Fayette Historic Townsite”, “Gladstone Lighthouse”, “Peninsula Point Lighthouse” in Rapid River, and “Sandpoint Lighthouse” in Escanaba! We spent an afternoon at the “Island Resort & Casino” in Harris, Mi which is only 22 miles away and another day in Munising, Mi to go on a boat tour to see “Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore” which was breathtaking...

“A Perfectly Relaxing Getaway Our stay at this VRBO was incredibly relaxing, a true escape! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is absolutely the place. We really enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and had a wonderful, quiet stay.Even though the weather wasn't ideal for the lake, we still managed to get in the water, and our 6 and 8-year-olds had a blast. “This cabin was absolutely perfect for a week-long retreat. The cabin is clean, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and so much more. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The a/c unit in the bedroom, in addition to the one in the main part of the cabin, kept us comfortable and cool. The loft really elevates the cabin with 2 queen beds and cute decor as well. The bathroom was open and bright and the large shower was just what we needed after a full day...
