"Great hotel. Wonderful staff. There were ceiling leaks in the hallways and one of the elevators never moved. The other elevators made awful noises. Seems like Hilton needs to spend some money on maintenance."

"This is the second time we stayed here because we enjoyed our first stay. The hotel was equally enjoyable on this trip. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and relatively close to major thoroughfares. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel is highly recommended."

"No refrigerator in 1 of the rooms we got, lots of loud guests in the hallways at midnight, had a weird guy trying to cause trouble in the elevator and ended up getting arrested at the Texas Roadhouse across the street, there was a very loud dog barking 1 floor under us, and the king size bed only had 2 pillows. No one was ever at the front desk. The room and bathroom was clean. Room service came in and changed out the towels and wash cloths while we were out. There was no "DO NOT DISTURB" tags to put on your door."

"Ben at the front desk will never know how touched we were at his kindly helpfulness. We’d flown from across the country at the last minute for a family emergency and had a nightmare scenario with our first hotel. When we needed to move to Drury to be closer to make arrangements, Ben was extremely helpful, letting us check in early, switching our room, and letting us check out a night early even though we had a non refundable reservation through Expedia. Truly the kindest, friendliest person we’d met on this trip and we’ll be forever grateful. The three free drinks in the evening were also a godsend. I’ll stay here moving forward any time I’m in Indiana."

"The staff when we checked in were very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived at our room, everything appeared to be new and remodeled. It was clean and the furnishings felt inviting and comfortable. The provided morning breakfast was excellent. On weekends, they offer omelets to order and it was very appetizing. We were pleasantly surprised by how many other breakfast items were offered. This wasn’t your typical continental breakfast. The entire stay was very pleasant and we would not at all hesitate to stay here again."
