“This motel should only cost about $50-$60 a night. It is not well maintained. The toilet in our bathroom had flooded many times showing un-repaired water damage. And of course the toilet flooded again while we were there. The other room we rented had a missing light in the bathroom, which sockets exposed, and the sockets filled with years of dust. Not worth the $90-$110 a night that it is priced for. I cannot recommend.”

“The hotel has no elevators, the hallways smelled like cat urine, the tiles in the room were all broke, the tub was dirty. The hotel had no security measures anyone could walk into the hotel after hours where the rooms are located”

“This was a cozy place to stay in Montrose. We had an early flight out and needed somewhere close to the airport. It is located in a nice neighborhood. Our only issue was it did not get very cold in the bedrooms at night. Other than that, it was great. Would stay again.”
