“Die Lage ist einzigartig, auf einem Hügel ohne Nachbarschaft mit Blick auf die umliegende Gegend um Cinigiano. Es gibt nur 8 Zimmern und wir haben uns zwischenzeitlich fast alleine auf dem Anwesen gefühlt. Es war wirklich ruhig & entspannt. Obwohl die Unterkunft schon 14 Jahre alt ist, sieht es aus wie neu, und die Liebe zum Detail hat uns besonders begeistert. Der Pool ist atemberaubend und auch der Blick vom Restaurant ist einfach nur wunderschön. Die Zimmern sind sauber, geräumig und……

“We had a tremendous stay at Capanna Suites. From the very first moment we stepped into reception hotel, we could already feel the warmth and friendliness from Anna and co. The suite itself was classy and full of character. We had a brilliant private spa experience which was super relaxing after a long driver during the day. We also had our best dinner in Italy watching the sunset! Would highly recommend others to enjoy the Tuscan life at Capanna Suites.”

“I need a refund. Link they sent to check-in is in Italian. No english opt. I have to translate it w/ my other phone. Web page was slow and would freeze. I confirmed my check in, no room number nor code was sent back & instructions. No receptionist. Everything is online w/ very bad webpage. People at the place didn't help nor speak english while we were figuring out how to get to our room. We were all tired from the drive. We ended up renting another place close by w/ receptionist that speaks……

“Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. We stayed for 3 nights & ate dinner there each night (meal ~€50 pp) as had been tempted by the photos of gorgeous food when……
