“I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. I felt safe. It was loud but not unbearable. A car horn and siren woke me up. The windows are right by the street. No real complaints. The stairs kinda shocked us. To afraid to ride the old school elevator. Would stay again my husband wouldn’t. ”

“PROS: - Simple, clean room -- As a traveler, I spend most of my time exploring the city than being in my hotel room. This room was perfect because all I needed was a bathroom and a place to sleep. No extra frills needed. - Close to everything -- This hotel is practically in the center of the city, and is close to many bus/train lines that can take you to all of SF's attractions and neighborhoods. “Lovely, comfortable, great bathrooms, well appointed”

“We had a car and there was inside parking making it fantastic for us . We had to drive across town to get to Fishermsns wharf , Goksen gate the avenues etc .. 15 min at most with traffic ! The folks running the inn were friendly helpful and the atrium was fun ! The rooms a bit smaller than expected but ok for being in the city with the price ! ”

“I stayed here for a week to visit my brother. It was perfect walking distance and i did a lot more walking in San Francisco than i do at home! I wasn't at the hotel much during the day but it was quiet at night and i slept good! I had a small fan because I'm hot natured and that helped. The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you!”

“Absolutely amazing place to stay in the city. We had some shows to go to but I almost would have been happier just staying in. The house is a timeless design with a jaw dropping view of the city. All the rooms on the first floor are well equipped for guests and the space is immaculate. The ceiling is well insulted you can’t hear any footsteps from The living room upstairs from the bedrooms. Peaceful, quiet place on top of the hill we will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city……

“Stayed at this great property for a mother-sons trip with my 2 young adult sons and it was perfect in every way! The large living area allowed us a fantastic area to enjoy one another. We could spread out, relax, talk, watch movies, read, etc when we weren’t out & about exploring the city. The location of the apartment could not be better: within short walking distance to small grocery marts, coffee shops, and lots of eateries on Fillmore & in Japantown. Both bedrooms provide very nice bedding……

“Spent 4 nights in a really great place with off street parking. Japantown is centrally located with a lot of things to see within walking distance. Hosts were attentive and answered any questions quickly.”

“Beautiful spacious home. Visiting SF with adult kids and 13 year old and all could spread out. Location fantastic for all! Love being close to Union Street, Chestnut Street and Marina greens. Easy access to bus lines for anywhere else you want to go. ”

“My stay was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly. Only thing I didn’t like was all the homeless about the property but I understand that they can’t control that.”
