Amazing everyway possible Our new favorite place to stay

Had a great experience staying here. Facilities and room were very clean, staff was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and the view of the river is breathtaking. Looking forward to staying here again.

Always stay here when in Portland. Great location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

The Grand Hotel is truly grand. Beautiful lobby, very nice staff, clean rooms, easy access off I-5 (but no noise), free and ample parking. We will stay again if any future trips to the Portland area are planned.

Beautiful rooms and property! The staff was friendly and quick to help with issues, the beds were big and comfortable, and the Oregon themed decor throughout was appreciated. The restaurant food was okay, but the breakfast was heaven for those with a sweet tooth. Mango coffee cake, zucchini/blueberry/chocolate muffins, apple crumble, honey greek and mango yogurt, all so good. They gave us a box to take some treats on the road!

Lovely clean place to stay

I had left my pillow in my room. The front desk called me to let me know and they mailed it to me. I am very grateful for that. I will return again

Perfect day away

I stayed here as a solo traveler for 2 nights and had a great experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet and safe area of town, conveniently near the airport. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. Clean, safe, quiet, friendy staff. Beds and pillow quality was excellent. The kitchen with a stove and a full size refrigerator was a very convenient. Excellent stay. Will stay again.

Literally only ‘complaint’ the pool was ice cube cold and hot tub jets didn’t work. BUT everything else was great!! And front desk staff very welcoming and funny!

Have stayed at this Fairfield several times now and it is consistently clean and well run. It is in a great neighborhood with many eating options very short walking distance. A lovely area!
