The property itself was nice and in a in a great neighborhood however the amenities promised were not there. The air conditioning was not working, the WiFi didn’t work, there were only 2 small bath towels for 6 adults, and the garage reeked of smoke of some type. We were never able to reach the host through VRBO and I tried their customer service and wasn’t able to connect. It was disappointing but serviceable.

JCU Family Weekend
Angel’s place was perfect for what we needed! The house and everything in it is brand new!!! When we stripped the bed the mattress was so clean … like it’s never been slept on before 💕 It was well decorated with upgrades. The pictures are exactly what you are getting. The location to John Carroll was 5 minutes and easy to get to. So many stores and restaurants were in close proximity. The spacious laundry room/mud room was a great bonus. We highly recommend you go to Mia Bella’s in Little Italy and The Chicken Ranch on Cedar and Warrensville Center 😋. The last thing I have to add is the neighborhood was quiet for the most part and the properties were well kept. The next door neighbor was very friendly and sweet. We felt safe in the area and would rent from Angel again 💙💛
