“Our room had a bad odor when we got there. The side door was broken with no lock for security. My hair dryer would over heat after only a few seconds. The pool water seemed unkept. Overall the rest of the hotel seems decently clean and a nice breakfast provided. Not sure it was worth the high cost though.”

“Everything was wonderful. Our grand-daughter loved playing with all the playground equipment and toys outside, as well as our walks to the pond. The house is so clean and comfortable. We loved every moment of our time there. ”

“I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future.”

“Multiple floors...no elevator Room was okay, but supplies like TP, Kleenex and other things were lacking. No clear directions to ice/vending...both on first floor and again no elevator.”

“The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living,dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again.”
