"Average place to stay for cheap price. Good location, however beds were uncomfortable and did not feel as safe with some of the other guests."

"I used to stay there a lot. At some point the beds got worse and they started using microfiber bed sheets. They feel gross. My room had a side table awkwardly place where a sofa should be. I probably won't stay there again."

"Staff was amazing, they get a 5 star. The coffee in the lobby was actually really good too. And most surprisingly, the beds are actually incredibly comfortable. I’ve had 5 levels of my spine fused and have never found a hotel mattress I could actually sleep in without causing pain or affliction…surprisingly this was the first. The bed itself was pretty great! (The pillows on the other hand were terrible though). So those are the 3 real positives for this hotel. The breakfast buffet I’d say was OK, not bad…not great. Everything else about this particular hotel wasn’t especially positive. The wi-fi sucked and required my personal contact information to connect it. In order to get the good wi-fi I had to pay $5 a day and only worked for 1 device. Highway robbery I gotta say! And then of course, the shower drain was super clogged and so the shower would overflow into the tub and took forever to completely empty for someone else to use - AND the AC was crazy loud (couldn’t hear the tv over it) and way too inefficient to actually cool the room to the temp set on the thermostat (73 was probably the coolest we could get it) - AND the fridge also wouldn’t get cold so our leftover takeout had to be trashed -AND the absolute worst part of all was the POOL!!!- it had multiple floating loogies and chunks of hair I personally cleaned out myself plus so much chlorine that it gave us all skin rashes and damaged hair. It took 3 attempts with a hair mask to get it back to pre-pool condition. "

"Such a nice, low key place. The people made the stay so nice, user friendly and comfortable. Personal touch galore. Reasonably priced for what’s provided. The level of food was an unexpected pleasure! "

"Upon arrival, there were two long hairs on the bathroom floor that weren't ours. Although the room had many amenities, I found the two dark walls and dark carpeting made the room dark and depressing to be in. Free parking and free breakfast were a plus!"

"Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us. The third room that we were assigned appeared unused for a long time as there were stains/rings in the toilet. It should have been cleaned again. But we were too tired to get yet another room. The breakfast foods (rolls) did not appear fresh as they were dry and hard. Coffee was unavailable on the.2 days that we attempted to eat there. The fitness center did not have towels in them and the water jug was not hooked up so was unusable. We would not recommend this hotel to other travelers."

"First of all, I call a bit of exaggeration, when it comes to what all this hotel claims it offers. Second, the newer management of this place has let this hotel go down hill...then there's the room. Ok, trust, don't waste your money. ICK!"
