"I travel with a service dog and encountered numerous problems checking in. First was asked for her registration card. Per ADA law, there is no registration requirement. Next, was made to stay in the “pet” rooms of the hotel even though I asked for a second floor. Was told no, it was against policy which is also illegal. The room was very noisy being next to an exit. The pool was cold and cloudy. "

"I would not recommend this place, they are severely under staffed. When we got there we had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby to check in because no one was there. The place smells musty, especially the elevator. They didn’t clean very well or even remake the bed. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the owner needs to completely rehab the place and hire more people!! "

"Hotel room was nice besides only had one chair in king bed room besides the chair at desk to sit on to chill out. That is not a good thing when there is two people staying in room and you don’t want to sit on bed. Staff were nice. "
