“Avoid this hotel. We booked a stay because this hotel had an indoor pool. Now my son is sick, because he's allergic to mold. My husband took them to the pool and soon after I arrived I realized EVERYTHING was covered in black mold! Attempted to call customer service and report the mold, and was told there is nothing they can do about the fact my child is now ill due to their own negligence. And was rushed on to get off the phone. What a WASTE of money. Not only was the mold an issue, our pull……
