“A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!”

“I tried this property about a year ago and said I would not return. I decided to give them a second chance and it was just as bad or worse this time. The sheets were dirty. The pillows were dirty. The towels hanging in the bathroom had boot prints on them, not to mention the roach on the floor. There won’t be a third trip.”

“Facility is old and our room was in need of repair. There was no ice bucket, no cups, no place to hang clothes. The toilet was loose and wobbled badly. Fairly clean, but old and dingy.”

“So the water heater went out the one night that we stayed there.So there was no hot water for a shower that night.. Renovated, it's very pretty.The beds were comfortable , but we were not impressed with their breakfast in the morning.”

“There was nothing in the actual property that looked like the pictures online.It was very old,it smelled They were very kind and they completely canceled everything.Once we saw it and we went on to somewhere else”

“Everyone and everything was great.However for the money we paid ,I think breakfast should be supplied.Less luxurious hotels offer a buffet breakfast in with the costs.Over $300-$400 for one night should qualify for built in breakfast.”

“Staff was nice and lobby very clean. No entry from back parking area even though there is a door, that is an inconvenience as a guest. The room was clean however the bathroom still had dirty washcloths and towel hanging on shower curtain. Also the safety certificate in elevator expired in 12/04/25”

“The value is in the prime location, but not the room. We paid far too much for a windowless room with stained carpet, no lamp on far bedside table, noisy environment (music from bars, clear conversations from other rooms, footsteps and furniture being moved overhead at 2:30am) and worst of all, variable shower water temp and ultimately a hot water fail. ”
