“My family and I stayed here for my niece's wedding. The place was spacious, very clean, and well stocked with amenities such as towels, soaps, detergents, and shampoo. The location is great, being very near to restaurants, 2 grocery stores, and gas station. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The owner answered any questions that we had promptly. I highly recommend!!!”

“We had the best time staying at this cute little condo in Athens. We toured UGA, went to a concert at Akins Ford Theater, and traveled over to Covington, GA for some site seeing. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We had everything we needed for our stay. Location could not have been more perfect!”

“We came and visited Athens during masters week. The property was clean and ready for us at check in. Communication was clear, the location and neighborhood was great. We’ll be coming back next year. Good job all round”

“If you’re looking for a place other than a hotel to visit UGA and tour the campus while also enjoying and getting a feel for the surrounding area, definitely consider this condo. It’s a short walk to many of the campus buildings and grounds. The condo is well kept and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, nice living room (with smart TV), well stocked kitchen, laundry, high speed internet, etc. You can park right in front of the condo.The neighborhood is very quiet even though it’s……

“We stayed in this condo for a 3-day championship swim meet held at the UGA natatorium. The location was very close to UGA and the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds was perfect for my daughter and her teammate. We utilized the kitchen for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I had to get a little creative bc there were no tops to pans nor was there a toaster, but we were none the worse for wear and had a fantastic weekend. Anyone who loves UGA football will relish the place with all the amazing……

“Private, quiet complex with plenty of parking. Very Clean!”

“My family was in Athens for a dance competition and stayed here. The unit itself was fairly old as could be expected this close to downtown; however, the upgrades that were put in to this place balanced that our nicely. We had a couple instances of pests (spider and bugs) and a fuse tripped for the bathroom lights but notified the host and they were extremely receptive. Overall a very nice stay and we would stay here again!”
