“This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, stains on the bedding. The whole building smells like cat urine. No air conditioning. I spent a total of 30 minutes in my room and then left and found a different hotel. The property did not feel safe or sanitary. Also the front desk lies and says they will refund you online and then when you go online to get said refund they refuse it and claim they never said they would refund the money.”

“Top notch hospitality and customer service! We came back to our room on the 3rd floor and saw the bathroom floor flooded from a leak in the ceiling during a terrible rainstorm . Went to the front desk where the GM continued to apologize and explain they know they need a new roof and that is taking place next week! The hotel was completely booked due to State Trap Shooting taking place but the GM did all he could to make things right and was able to moved us to different rooms to accommodate our……

“Im not a fan of pet friendly hotels and there was a barking dog at check in with a very stressed owner yelling at it. The staff was very professional and hotel was quite clean so I gave it a good review as I had a great stay.”

“Rooms are very clean, staff is always helpful, Deliscia at the bar is ALWAYS a pleasure to see, she is a wonderful person with a great personality. I stay at this Holiday Inn every time I am in Cedar Falls. The only complaint I have is that this hotel should offer FREE breakfast especially considering the room rates, I have stayed at other hotels around the country that were just as nice that offer complimentary breakfast with your stay and they were better breakfasts than what you charge for at……

“Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed.”

“Little wait to check in but staff was pleasant and once they were done helping others guests check in was fast. There is a musty smell in the hotel so guessing water damage at some point. Room wasn't super clean but for price was fine. Good value. Easy to get to and good lit oarkingare”

“The room itself was very nice and clean. Some aspects of the hotel are dated and need work. There is remodeling being done so this was not unusual. The work done in the rooms is good.”

“The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. However they tried to give my brother a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. In the morning, their breakfast wasn't adequately stocked. We came downstairs……
