“Was told that there was no ice because they were cleaning the machine and that it would take an hour. The ice machine was still not accessible when I checked out at 11am the next day. We were also in the worst heatwave PA has seen in decades. The carpets are disgusting and ruined a couple pairs of socks because they turned completely black.”

“Room wasn't cleaned enough, specially the bed and pillows, staff not too friendly except for a lady on the desk when we checking out, she was excellent!”

“Hotel staff is super nice. They have breakfast and from Mon to Thursday they also have happy hour with wine & food free of charge.”

“There was a leakage from the floor fr the two nights we stayed, the carpets were soaked. We informed the reception , they sent maintenance but there was no improvement”
