“I had high hopes for our stay, but I felt the advertisement did not match the experience. We stayed Monday and Tuesday, and unfortunately there were several things that left us disappointed: - The breakfast is advertised as a fresh, local breakfast, but it felt more like a basic buffet. The eggs were overly salted (my husband, who is from Puerto Rico, compared them to cafeteria school eggs), the toast was hamburger buns, and the meat was packaged sliced ham. French toast and fresh fruit were……

“La atención del personal fue excelente al igual que las comidas . Fui en la semana y el tren no funcionaba , ni los inflables , ni bolera al menos los días que estuve allí no estaban en funcionamiento , fui porque iba con dos niños y quería que tuvieran entretenimiento. El primero día de mi llegada el cuarto no se sentía limpio y el baño mucho menos , tenía olor desagradable y el piso sucio . Ya el segundo día la limpieza fue diferente , estuvo mejor .”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”
