"Room was not cleaned. Hair in the bath tub/shower water stains on the sink taps. The walkway to get the room ( outside) 2nd floor was patched up with plywood. Didn’t feel safe to me. Went back to get refund and still waiting for it. Said they would do it right away and that was 10-12 days ago."

"Lodge and Lantern was one of the most amazing hotel we have stayed at during our Banff trip. The view was absolutely breathtaking with a flowing river and the mountains. The amenities were amazing, with complimentary snacks, water and medication in case you forgot to pack it such as Tylenol etc. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay!"
"For over $400, I expected more than a motel-style room with a dirty bathroom floor, the smell of old cigarettes and a solitary bath towel. The 12+ hour power outage was not their fault, but there was no offer of a flash light, wake up call, phone charger or anything else!"

"Spent a lot to stay at this resort. They were still cleaning my room at 3:45pm When check-in is 4. Got the room, power went out for the entire resort around 9pm. There was limited updates, still no power the next morning. Told they had no idea when power would be back. Everything was closed and shut down. We decided to play it safe and tried to check out a day early and head home. The front desk told us we would get a refund for that night and would put a note on file. Found out power wasn’t...
