"Room 327 had no water pressure in the sink and it was clogged!"

"Maintenance needed in several areas on the property - bath tub had two different types of paints in parts, hall floor in front of the elevator on the 5th floor seemed hollow/damaged in one part, when the AC turned on it smelled like cigarette smoke (and the AC was quite loud). The staff were very helpful and nice."

"Breakfast was okay. The mattress and pillows need a little more comfortability. I felt like I was sinking in the mattress and pillows were too soft!"
