“Filthy, and it was definitely NOT a non-smoking room. I cleaned the entire room and bathroom myself and used my own linens. You have to go to the front desk to get fresh towels or toilet paper, not a maid in sight the entire week I was there, and you have to take your trash out to the trash cans. The only reason I stayed is because they don't charge for pets. ”

“My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. ”

“Room was showing age, but was clean . Bed was a little hard. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast guy was nice but a little distracted because of multitasking. Can’t beat the location or beautiful balcony views.”

“Check in was odd. I felt like I was intruding. Immediately when I get in my room and sit on the bed, I smell the pillows. They smell like a sweaty person. Not wanting to cause a scene I call down and ask for a couple of extra pillows. I was told I could come get some. Ok, maybe I’ve been spoiled but stuff like that is usually brought to the room. The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. I showered and went to get some lotion out of the container on the wall and it was empty. These are……

“Staff was awesome and the maintenance man was too. Ginnifer Williamson checked me in and she was a ball of fire. Very personable and very customer oriented So were Jesse Singh another Desk Clerk and Juan the maintenance man who fixed our A/C in a very short time.”
