The second bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed, a seating area, and a 48" flat screen TV. The third bedroom is on the second floor as well overlooking the den with views of the lake. This bedroom has two daybeds with trundles and a 39" flat screen TV. The condo has internet access throughout and all smart TV's. The utility room is upstairs and has a full size washer and dryer available for your use. There are two covered parking spaces just steps from the front door.

The condo is located in the gated community of April Sound and is quietly situated at the end unit with no thru traffic. The community has several pools available for your use and a boat marina for you to launch your boat.
