“This unit is nicely renovated, with spacious rooms. Being so close to Soulard Market was a bonus! Street parking was not an issue. We loved having the private patio. Please be aware the two bedrooms downstairs do not have ac vents/ductwork/ceiling fans. There were two tower fans in the house, however one was upstairs and we didn't find it till checkout time.
