“It's a beautiful property with an amazing beach. Note: There is no kitchen! The listing makes it appear as though there is, but there is not. The fridge is a hotel, or dorm style minifridge and there is no real freezer space. The only appliances are a small combination toaster oven/coffee pot/grill and microwave. If you are planning to prepare your own meals it would be best to bring pre-packaged food or snacks and know that there are no restaurants or grocery stores close by.”

“This basement apartment is well appointed and fun. It was on a quiet street with easy access to downtown Coos Bay and the harbor. Shores Acres (recommended by Ellie) was a complete surprise and very beautiful. Go down Bandon way for sandier beaches. Parking was easy and close. There was enough food to feed a family of four for several days. Many changes occurred before and during our trip and Ellie was always very responsive. “The property was great for a family however the downstairs unit is difficult when there are upstairs tenants at the same time from a different party. They also had dogs and so it was difficult to get rest. Every movement upstairs and even talking is heard clearly downstairs so our family was awake while the couple upstairs partied and enjoyed each other's company until 3am.
