“We’ve reserved and paid for 3 rooms for over 6 months. When we arrived, all rooms on the 1st floor were full & we had to stay on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator in this hotel. We told the staff that it would be real difficult for us since we had a lot of big luggages & had to carry all luggage’s to the 2nd floor. The staff was so considerate by accommodating us with rooms upgraded to the suites which was fair for the guests.”

“The house was adorable. It was helpful after getting there to find that there was a step-in shower for someone who is disabled. Things were mostly clean though the dryer had to be emptied and so did the dishwasher. It was also noticed that while walking on the floors barefoot, the floors looked clean but turned feet black and under all the furniture was quite a bit of dust bunnies. The glass top stove was also dirty and needed to be scrubbed. The tub was very nice and the rest of the property……
