Cosby RV Parks 2026

"Everything was exactly as we hoped! Firepit, hot tub, and quiet woods to enjoy. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, great WiFi signal, and kitchen was stocked. Really close to Cosby national park entrance was great and easy drive to touristy areas. Only change we’d make is allowing the indoor fireplace to run in the early spring for the chilly evenings. Would highly recommend this place!"

"Very close to some nice trails. Tiny, perfect for a little weekend. As pictured, there is no stove or full kitchen. Just a microwave, coffee machine, and mini fridge (no freezer). Cute little tv with streaming services. Shower is a standing one person shower. We went when it was colder and they had a space heater, but the bathroom was very cold in the morning lol (just put on some socks). It had AC (didn't try it of course since it was chilly). Cosby in general was super nice, very out of the way, trails weren't crowded. Nice small town and of course super beautiful. We went to Maddron Bald Trail and there's some gorgeous streams. Anywho, not fancy or anything but if you're just planning on going out and hiking, it's a nice little spot especially for the price. My stay was about 210 total for 2 nights, so super affordable even without a second person like in my case. "

"Loved the mountain setting, the privacy, and the cleanliness of the cabin and surroundings. The sound of the running creek, and the entertaining farm animals across the meadow were wonderful. The hot tub was perfect."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Dream View over the weekend with our family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The cabin itself was cozy yet spacious enough for everyone to relax comfortably, and the decor really added to that peaceful getaway atmosphere.One of our favorite parts was the view—it was absolutely beautiful and made every morning and evening feel extra special. Sitting and taking it all in with a cup of coffee was such a highlight of our trip. Enjoy the view while cooking out! The kids loved the Arcade the movie theater and the pool. We also want to give a special thank you to David for the thoughtful birthday cake he sent for my husband. That gesture truly meant a lot to us and made the celebration even more memorable.The amenities had everything we needed, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better family weekend. We’d absolutely come back again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway! "

"The cabin was a great place to stay away from the busyness of the city. The hot tub, porch swing, & stream added to the relaxing atmosphere. Our host was kind & understanding when there was a mix up on our dates (my fault). The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, & the atmosphere was definitely home away from home."
