"We are a yearly visitor. This is the first time we got 2 rooms. They told us the rooms needed their own reservation. They checked me in and charged me for the 2 rooms, then proceeded to check my son in and charge me AGAIN for the 2 rooms. I didn't notice till I got home after checkout. I also noticed that they charged me AGAIN for incidentals too. So they owed me a big credit which I had to wait 3 days for the refund. It was a pain. They were nice enough on the phone, but an issue that should not have happened in the fist place. My bad for not formally checking out to make sure all was in order."

"The place was very nice and quaint. The manager Sayed was very kind and helpful in every way! He made me feel safe And was always available to give ideas and answer questions. Had a perfect view of the lake. The store was close by. And the Mexican restaurant next door was very nice and convenient. Although in the middle of the night 2am, sometimes the loud car, or truck would come to the restaurant next door and rev their motor and wake me up. That's the only thing that was not pleasant."

"There were renovations going on so better signage for rest rooms would have been helpful. When I got ready to check out there was parking on my bill and I said I did not use parking. They deleted one day, I said I was there 3 nights there should be no parking. They said they would handle. Only 2 days was credited and I did not see this until I returned home next day, so one day still not credited. Bed was uncomfortable. Felt like mattress was a rock or at least slept on for so long that it was so compacted. Room was spacious and loved shower, suggest better non-slippery surface for seniors that are concerned about falls. No I did not request a handicap accessible room; but this seems like common sense. Restaurant staff very friendly as was housekeeping. Would stay again as accessibility to freeway was easy and great parking ( my daughter used)."
