“We chose to stay at Eagle Crest primarily because my partner is an avid golfer. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. At check-in, neither front desk staff member appeared to be familiar with ADA requirements regarding service animals. I was told I would be charged a pet fee and placed in a pet-designated room, which is not appropriate for service animals. I asked them to clarify the policy and call me, but did not receive a response, though I assume they consulted with……

“My family had an amazing time at the resort. The resort has so many activities to do. Multiple pools, hot tub, mini golf , tennis to name a few. Brock and Camie our wonderful hosts. Very accommodating and responsive. We cannot think of staying anywhere else if we visit Bend. Location is awesome on Cascade Lakes loop. Very serene and beautiful views.
