“Firstly we were very pleased to have been upgraded to a family room, which was an amazing gesture. Thank you.
The room was spotless and the bed was very very comfortable we slept like logs. It was lovely to have a bigger room with a sofa and a bath and shower.
So nice to be able to use the Sauna in the Spa in the morning before breakfast.
Imagine our suprise that the two women who were running the restaurant recognised us from a previous visit. Thank you Shana and Katie you were both helpful……

“The room was great. I left my hat there unfortunately. That wasn't the hotel's fault though, obviously. The TV didn't work either but I didn't stay in the room much so no big deal. Hotel might want to check it though. ”
