“We needed a cheap room near The Open and The Marlborough Hotel achieved this. Booked 2x single rooms with en-suite. My room was absolutely fine - except the bathroom wasn't clean, the toilet seat wasn't attached and the water pressure was weak. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, there is a free car park & I broadly felt safe.”

“房間寬敞、床睡得很舒適、屋主很友善，很樂意為住客解答問題，樓梯及走廊都有現役和前利物浦球員以及名宿的照片，如果身為利物浦球迷值得花時間一看，附近有大型超級市場，晚上要「補給」也很方便(開到午夜十二點)，早餐的款式亦算多，要留意的是房間沒有冷氣，但以英國的氣溫來說，沒有冷氣都還算可以。唯一缺點是位置較遠離市中心，出入要行一段約10分鐘的路到火車站再轉乘火車到市中心，而且班次不太密(尤其是星期日)，出入要預留多些交通時間。”

“Alarm went off twice at 3am in the morning. No hot water for shower. Shower water was backing up. Hairs also in the shower. Explained to staff at front desk when we were leaving and they couldn’t care less. Won’t be staying again.”

“酒店位置離利物浦火車站約10分鐘路程，可接受之範圍，另外距離海邊之景點步行過去亦十分方便！ 房間寬敞，廚房設備充足。唯一缺點是房間床褥比較軟身，不適合腰脊骨有問題之人士。”
