“Property was very well kept and clean. Room service was excellent. The beach club was closed and I really wanted to visit Tau Beach Club. Instead they had a suite near the beach but the vibe wasn’t what we expected. Only negative about the experience was after each food or drink event I was given a bill. I’d rather just go through the week and at the end of my stay leave one big tip instead of 25 small tips.”

“Our favourite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is an absolutely breathtaking property full of charm. The staff are attentive, helpful and kind - they always go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. We have always felt very safe and comfortable, too. “This is not all inclusive resort. Additional fees charged for room service. Not that many options for food and buffet closes after breakfast and again at 4pm. There are two restaurants where you are able to make reservations and even though they are not to capacity, I was only able to reserve for one night out of three. Basically they tell you all inclusive restaurants are booked, but you are able to eat at other restaurants inside the resort but they are not part of all inclusive and have to……

“Hotel was ok, not a lot of food options, the 24 hour snack bar was just sweet bread and coffee at night, the mirador restaurant was ok too but the servers did not care about taking care of guest, the only highlight of our stay was the bartender who was nice and helpful the other two restaurants were very mediocre too the two times we went to the buffet food was always empty so we give up and just started going out for dinner and lunch outside the property, rooms were clean and very comfortable……

“The staff were very helpful and even with language barrier they were the best part of our stay. The people attending to rooms need to be more proactive. We literally had to ask for our room to be cleaned and fridge restocked. They provided coffee machine and cups in the room but no coffee.”
