Great stay!

Everything was perfect, just as the photos and description describes. The home was updated nicely and was very comfortable for our family. The dock worked out great for our 25’ boat and the pool couldn’t have been better. Overall a great experience!

Review of Crystal River House

We had an amazing time at the house. The pool and hot tub were used every day we were there. The location was close to everything and we didn’t drive more than half an hour to get to Homosassa, the Chaz river, or Rainbow springs. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean and nice. Thank you for letting us use your house!

Absolutely wonderful!

Lovely property! Immaculate and just as described. Incredibly responsive hosts. Well stocked, down to the last detail. Comfy beds, beautiful location, pool and hot tub were great! Looking forward to our next visit!!

This was a great house to stay in for our family. It was right on the river which allowed us to kayak and spend time outdoors. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Crystal River.

Scalloping Trip

We stayed at the house for scalloping. The house was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect for bringing the boat and going out to the gulf. We will be staying here again.

house was amazing. Great dock for boat and canal was deep enough for my 27 foot boat. pool was big and very clean. Fran made sure we were fine due to hurricane Debby headed our way.

Great house!

Great house in quiet location, very clean, even more kayaks and bicyles than depicted. We enjoyed direct access to the channel with turtles, fish and - on one day a dolphin passing by. Thank you for having us!

Amazing Crystal River home

This home was beautiful, great location for everything. Boat ramp close to home and easy docking. The owners answered all of questions and went out of their way to make sure everything was what we expected. We will definitely be coming back

End of summer fun

We had such a wonderful stay. We have been to Crystal River many times and this is now one of our favorites. The pool was amazing, the house was beautiful, and the dock was perfect. We caught crabs right off the dock after scalloping. We look forward to coming back. The Owners were so nice and responsive. Amazing Stay!!!

Christmas at Crystal River

Our family of 6 gathered in Crystal River to celebrate Christmas a few days late and to paddle board and swim with the manatee. Great location for both. We SUP' ed the Rainbow River and Wicki Wachee and snorkeled 3 sisters and Kings Springs. We saw hundreds of manatees during our stay.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had an amazing vacation at this property. It is beautifully decorated and everything is new. Kitchen is a dream. Perfect location - we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool; did lots of biking, golfing and kayaking. Highlight was swimming with the manatees. Highly recommend! Thanks Fran and Dennis for taking care of all our needs!

A diamond in Crystal River

Amazing. Incredibly well-equipped. Loved the bikes, kayaks, hot tub and pool. Great location for snorkeling with manatees, sea-fishing. Even Orlando was reachable. Great communication with the hosts. Pretty much perfect.

This was a roomy, very clean house. New appliances. More in the kitchen than usual. Very comfortable bed. Amazing hot tub. The hosts were very approachable. Answered questions in minutes.

Fabulous Place for Girls Weekend!

Absolutely loved this property... home was newly renovated and everything was brand new, beautifully decorated and in a fabulous location! Highly recommend for a girls weekend or the entire family. The hot tub, pool & fire pit were an added bonus and looked exactly like the photos provided. Would definitely stay again next time we visit this area! Fabulous time in Crystal River

We can not give our stay a higher rating or better review. We’ve stayed at more than several VRBOs but none of them met our expectations or were more prepared than this property. Because one never knows what to expect, we always travel with a few of our own necessities, but they weren’t needed. Everything, from top to bottom was what we needed for a fabulous time. Everything was very well organized, neat and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were great as were the kayaks and bikes. Fran and Dennis made themselves available when we had any questions or needs. We would highly recommend this property and plan on coming again next year.

Exactly as pictured and described. The place was in perfect condition and was very spacious. it has a lot of extra supplies for the stay. all kitchen appliances are new, kids enjoyed the pool. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend, and would definitely rent from them again. We were a family of 7
