“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“Love this hotel, We stay here everytime we come to biloxi. The casinos are nice but this hyatt feels like home. Clean rooms, good food and helpful staff.. Not overly priced. 10/10 recommend”

“The front desk staff was extremely friendly when we check-in. The staff member recognized we had a teenager and suggested a room with bedroom doors. We accepted the upgrade that was offered. The room was an apartment type with a full kitchen. The cleaning staff was very friendly, polite and ensured we had clean towels and trash removed. Our stay was above our expectations. We will stay there again.”
