Para dar unos ejemplos hay un cuadro por encima de la cama que tiene una mancha grande de café, y la moqueta tiene muchas manchas y está floja en algunos puntos. El personal muy amable pero el servicio en el momento de pedir algo deja mucho por ser deseado. Se olvidan pedidos, y pasaba mucho el mismo en el titanic Belfast también.”

“The place is very good located at the heart of the city. Just 10 minute walk to Oxford-Road train station and 15 minute walk or less to Picadilly Station. There are lots of restaurants and take aways close to the place. City Center is just 5 to 10 minute walk. The hotel is pretty good and personnel very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is average, I think it should be imporved. Overall stay was grat ! Thanks !”

“ The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again.”
