"Because I contacted the property about me reserving a room at the wrong property right after I did it and I let him know I never stayed and it was a mistake of wrong location l. I have not heard back from them instead they refuse to refund my money back and no communication. I feel like I was robbed of my money and this property is not fair I never stayed and I also let him know I wasn’t gonna be checking in. And still nothing. So I lost 55.00. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It’s no grace at all here. All about money and no good customer service out was out of extra 55.00 bc this was not the correct location and the property just took my money"
