“This was the worst check in experience I’ve had at any hotel. The desk person couldn’t find our reservation and called the manager, who was sleeping. We arrived later than expected with unexpected delays during our 15 hour trip. The system apparently automatically cancelled our reservation without notice- we arrived within a half hour of the system updating. The manager refused to work with Expedia to coordinate our refund so we could rebook. We wanted to stay, but the manager, Jon Peterson, was……

“Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were excellent and very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean and all the amenities were there. Parking was great for us because we were pulling a small trailer with our truck and we had no problem with parking. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. I would stay again. I will recommend to friends and family. ”

“Room was clean. The floor slopped towards the window at a good angle. Elevator was creaky. No glass in the bathroom. The hallway smelled musty or like smoke really heavy. Enamel was missing in the tub. Breakfast was good. Staff was not very friendly.”
