"It's an older place which is expected in that location, but everything was very clean and nice and it was equipped with everything we needed. Easy walk to Weirs beach and pier and we could see the fireworks from the back porch. We went to a concert at NH Bank Pavilion the first night and our host recommended the Bar Hoppah for transportation which was ideal. Would definitely go back."

"Condo was in excellent condition and very clean. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, and pots/pans. Liked that there were 3 separate AC wall units in each room to customize temperatures. Ample towels. Pool area and community grill very well maintained with noodles and small floats to use. 10 minute drive to Shaw’s grocery store and 15 minutes to Bank of NH Pavilion. Did not mention in description multiple uneven steps from parking area to building; difficult maneuvering with...

"This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up. "
